Jena Lee, New Year's Eve, twitter, and Me

It's New Year's Eve! I opened my Twitter account just to greet some friends then to my surprise, JENA LEE's following me! I can't believe my eyes! I thought I was daydreaming (which never ever happened before). For those who doesn't know or ever heard of her, she's a famous singer in France! I stumble upon this artist when I began listening to French music. I am not French though I know some French words and greetings, I love singing to her songs though sometimes, my tongue gets twisted in singing French. Well, this is the best New Year's gift ever! Merci beaucoup, Jena ! Bonne année et bonne santé ! :)

The Balcony Scene

No, no, this is not a song from Pierce the Veil. It's about my yet another crazy thoughts this afternoon. We have a small balcony, just an ordinary balcony with lots of plants here and there, and some crap (those 'oh I would never throw this because I may have to use it in the future' type of crap). So, there, you might ask, "What's so special about your crappy yet butterfly-and-caterpillar-haven balcony?"
Dreams. I'm always seeing our balcony in my dreams. Experts, as they say, dreams are just nothing more than electrical impulses by the brain, gathers your thoughts in a random manner, so there is really no meaning in every dream.."Anyways, I had this dream of just sitting in our balcony and gazing at the moon. Then the moon just keeps getting bigger and bigger that my lovely moonlit evening became a horrific nightmare. Another dream is about planets. I dreamt of sitting AGAIN on our balcony then I saw all planets (with the exception of the now extinct Earth), very huge (like staring at Eiffel Tower a hundred feet away), falling in a single line, like those doughnut holes in a Dunkin' Donut box. I had a lots of dreams with my crappy balcony. I could write a 7-part book if I'm going to tell everything and that will be entitled "The Balcony Saga" or "The Balcony, The Dream and the Psycho".
Is this in any way just a coincidence, a electrical-impulse, or just because there's a camias ginger lily tree beside our balcony? Hmm..

Love Spirals Downwards - Ardor (1994)

Website: http://www.lovespiralsdownwards.com/

Love Spirals Downwards launched their career in the early 90's at the forefront of the Ethereal movement inspired by the bands of 4AD records. Each LSD album has brilliantly incorporated new elements into their original foundation of atmospheric melodies and gorgeous female vocals. Over the past decade, band founder/songwriter Ryan Lum has embraced the sounds of ambient electronica, trip hop, breakbeat, and drum n bass, combining them with his ethereal synth and guitar to beautiful effect.

All My Faith Lost...

All My Faith Lost... is one of my favorite Darkwave bands. By reading this, you must love them also. To those who don't know about this great band, they are formed in 1999 by Federico and Francis, All My Faith Lost did not have an exact direction, but while revisiting “La Belle Dame Sans Merci,” a poem by John Keats, the band began to focus on the enchanted world of the faeries. Viola and Raffaella, both singers and flautists, listened to the early works and joined All My Faith Lost…The musical style became more romantic and folk. After reading fairy tales and books such as Faeries and Good Faeries/Bad Faeries by Brian Froud, figures began to loom to eventually become songs. Some of them have been recorded in the first demo cd titled Hollow Hills.

All My Faith Lost began to focus on the spirits of the water and wrote stories and tales about faeries, witches, elves and everything else living in the water. Water, like rain, the water of a river or of a lake and even a tear. From this the name of the second work: In a sea, in a lake, in a river … …or in a teardrop (2002). This should have been the second demo cd, but after listening to it, Gianfranco Santoro of the small independent label Sin Organisation/Nail Records decided to release it in a limited edition of 300 copies.

During the recording sessions of In a sea, in a lake, in a river … …or in a teardrop, Raffaella left the band. In 2003 the band recorded a full-length CD called Chamber Music, a collection of song-settings of James Joyce poems. The music of this album (unreleased due to copyright problems) was the basis of the first official full-length CD of the band released in 2005 by the Swedish label Cold Meat Industry. Entitled As you’re vanishing in silence, the work was acclaimed by national and international press and audience.
After recording Chamber Music, Francis left the band and Viola and Federico started to perform live gigs, mainly in Italy, supporting Sieben, The Vanishing, Picastro and Josephine Foster among others.
During 2006 Viola and Federico recorded a new CD titled The Hours; it was released in August 2007 by Cold Meat Industry for Europe and by Projekt Records for the USA. The Hours is inspired by literary works and authors held dear by All My Faith Lost.

In 2007, All My Faith Lost toured Germany with an outstanding performance at the Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig opening the evening for Lux Interna, Rome, and Ataraxia. Currently All My Faith Lost is working on new material for future releases.

    A Love Worth Waiting For

Another dark afternoon, the rain will eventually pour, and as usual, it reminds me of someone. Being deeply in love sure is unexplainable. It's a mix of happiness, eagerness, anxiousness, etc. It's like a heavily mixed cocktail that will knock you out for good. And I'm totally knocked out! I'm lost for words. Besides being unexplainable, love is also powerful. Sometimes, it overrides your intellect. It is human nature that when you got hurt, you fight or you run. It's our nature to escape from pain. YET, when someone got hurt because of love, they still tend to stay, to work things out, doing everything they can to save a relationship. They do everything.. literally. That's why some people called being in love "one of the most stupid things you'll ever do". So what? If that's the case, I would proudly proclaim myself as "The Most Stupid Person in the Universe"  haha!

To the girl I love: Please come back before I become as crazy as hell, LOL

    Mesdames et messieurs , bon apres-midi !

    Stars on My Mind

It's 4:05am. Browsing through Facebook and Wikipedia. Suddenly, a phrase came up on my mind saying, "If only you could hear me shout your name, If only you could feel my love again.. If only you were here". Am I remembering someone? Why o why is this happening.? I'm exhausting myself of any goddamn ways to forget this girl, yet I can't. I hate her. Hate her more than America hates Osama. The sad part is after all that hate, and all that suffering, I still love her. Am I crazy? A martyr? WHAT!!? I want to forget her yet again, I still want her back. I'm sounding really stupid now.. Even if we broke up after 1,209,600 seconds (2 weeks, just exaggerated a bit there) I love her like for a lifetime. Well enough of this emo moment. Convince yourself to be happy (even if not), I'm still hoping for the best in the future. And I don't mind being an SMP club member this year, as long as I am not in my whole lifetime.. ofcourse with her. Yan! I am really a daydreaming, lovesick, crazy person now, haha! If you see her, tell her I'm waiting for her :)

    Bonjour , mes amis !
